Q: How do I order?
A: Just choose the product/s you wish to order and put it/them in your shopping bag. By clicking the “My Bag” icon in the top right corner, you will be redirected to your shopping bag, from which you can proceed to check-out. Please review your order, and then click “Proceed”. You can then login with your account or register a new account or check out as a guest. You will then proceed to check-out, where you will be able to enter your data and choose your shipping and payment options. Please review your order again – and when you are ready, click “Place Order”. When your order is placed, you will get a confirmation e-mail from us. When the order is ready to be shipped, you will get the shipping confirmation e-mail containing your tracking ID or shipment tracking number.
Q: How can I edit or cancel my order?
A: You can edit your order in your „Shopping Bag“and always double check your order before finalizing. After you have placed an order with Jia Jia Boutique, you will receive an email from us, mentioning exact details of the order, payment reference and total value of the order that will be debited from your credit card.
Please note that this is not an order confirmation from Jia Jia Boutique. At this stage your order may be cancelled by contacting our customer service at email@example.com . You can cancel your order until you have received a notification e-mail that the items have been dispatched and sent to the address specified earlier.
Later on, you will receive an email from Jia Jia Boutique notifying you that we have dispatched the items and they were sent to the address specified by you. At this stage order cannot be cancelled.
Q: How can I enter my discount code?
A: Please enter your discount code during the check-out process.
Q: The product I want is not available in my size/sold out/not in stock. What can I do?
A: Please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning product name/size/color and we will get back to you within 24h.
Q: I don’t know what size or cut fits me. Can you help?
A: Absolutely. We’d love to help when it comes to sizes and cuts. Just drop us an e-mail at email@example.com and we’d be happy to give you some advice.
Q: How do I take care of my ordered product?
A: We only sell products made from high-quality materials and fabrics – this is why it’s especially important to take a look at the provided care instructions in order to minimize the possibility for changes in color or damage and to ensure that the products keep their colors and form. Q: What payment options do you offer?
A: Currently, you can pay via credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express) & ApplePay
Q: Do you offer COD (Cash On Delivery) payment option?
A: COD payment option is not available at this moment at JIA JIA BOUTIQUE
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email
Q: I still haven’t received my order. What can I do?
A: In the very unlikely event that we cannot ship out your order within the stated delivery time, we will endeavor to ship it as soon as possible, and if this does not suit, you may request an exchange or refund. In cases you have paid for express shipping and your order is delayed, we will happily refund your express shipping costs.
Q: What happens when I’m not home?
A: Even though it would be best if you were at home, no problem. You will be notified either with a notification card in your post box or on your door and you can pick up your shipment at the indicated station. It also states the deadline until you can pick up your order, if you do not, it will be returned to us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: Can I return my order?
A: We are happy to accept for return, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Note, swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact.
Q: Can I exchange the products?
A: Of course you can – but only within a 14 day period upon taking in charge of the goods. Please ensure that that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. All exchanges are based on stock availability.
Q: What items cannot be returned/exchanged?
A: You cannot return/exchange items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We also cannot refund/exchange: earrings, ear cuffs, panties and any other items marked as ‘Sale’.
Q: I received the wrong order. What do I do now?
A: In this very unlikely case, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will take care of the return of the order.
